Scrap Yard Attendant & Processor

This position is not strictly production work!  While there is a production/processing element, this position heavily relies on face-to-face customer interaction and computer know-how.  It requires one to gain extensive knowledge of various grades/types of metals and to draw on that knowledge throughout the day. The ideal person for this role has a strong attention to detail, is personable and outgoing, and can solve practical problems as they arise during a typical workday. He/she must also be a quick-learner, have a strong working memory, be accurate with data and details, be able to easily and comfortably navigate his/her way around a computer (Microsoft Office experience required), and be comfortable working outside in both the summer heat and Michigan winters.
